Muslim Alliance in North America (MANA) is an organization committed to Muslims issues and concerns that especially impact indigenous Muslims—issues and concerns that we feel have been largely neglected. With the launch of this web site we are inviting masjids, organizations and individuals to join MANA.
MANA’s commitment to community activism is expressed and implemented
in many ways including through our
SHARE™
Centers, Community Re-Entry Program and Healthy Marriage initiative. The
SHARE Center is an institute that serves as a social service and advocacy center
designed to meet the needs of the Muslim community and its neighborhoods. The
SHARE™ Center is to be the organizational vehicle for implementing MANA’s agenda
in a local area, and will provide two types of services: 1) referrals to other
agencies to address the needs of individuals, and 2) direct services
administered by the SHARE™ Center. Learn more about our SHARE™ Centers. It will
be the vehicle through which the reentry and marriage initiatives will be
facilitated.
Or think ye that ye shall be abandoned, as though Allah did not know those among you who strive with might and main, and take none for friends and protectors except Allah, His Messenger, and the (community of) Believers? But Allah is well- acquainted with (all) that ye do.
